Delacha is a sun-dried natural coffee grown in Dalacha Kebele,
Sidama at elevations reaching 2300 masl. Grown in clay loam soil
and surrounded by traditional farming and cultural practices, this
lot reflects both terroir and community. The drying is done
meticulously on 1.2m high African beds, stirred frequently by local
women to ensure uniformity. Expect a cup with vibrant fruit,
earthy undertones, and cultural depth.
