Harvested from over 500 smallholder farmers in Bare village, this
honey-processed coffee captures the richness of Sidama’s
microclimate. After pulping, the coffee is dried slowly on shaded
raised beds over 20–25 days. The result is a juicy and balanced cup
with notes of honey, stone fruit, and gentle spice all produced
with minimal chemical input and strong intercropping traditions.
